Orders & payment

Online orders and payments are handled by third-party processors (such as Square and Cash App). Prices, products, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Coffee Club subscriptions

Coffee Club memberships bill on a recurring basis until paused or cancelled. You may pause or cancel at any time from your account; changes apply to future shipments.

Repair & service work

Equipment service is provided on a best-effort basis following the trainings we have completed. Estimates are provided before work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage outside the scope of the agreed work. Service requests are not confirmed until we follow up with you directly.

Intellectual property

The Moose Ridge name, logo, and site content are our property and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moose Ridge Coffee Co. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
